BAKED is a Solana launchpad for complete crypto projects. You describe the idea, we bake a live site with pages and navigation, then you mint a Pump.fun token from the same wallet — one stack, one session.

Pages are the product surface. The brand promise is bigger: ship a full project, not a lonely landing mock.

1. Open /studio.
2. Connect Phantom or Solflare.
3. Write a prompt (e.g. “neon degen portfolio with Home, Lore, and Chart pages”).
4. Hit Bake project — wait while the oven writes HTML.
5. Tweak nav labels, preview pages, open the live link.
6. Optional: fill the launch form and mint on Pump.fun with the same wallet.

Studio requires a connected Solana wallet. Supported adapters: Phantom and Solflare. Your wallet address owns the project record and signs the Pump.fun create (and optional buy) transaction.

BAKED never custodied your keys. If a launch fails, check balance (fees + dev buy), RPC health, and that you approved the signature in the wallet popup.

A bake sends your prompt to the AI oven, which returns JSON with a project name, tagline, nav items, and 2–4 full HTML pages. Each page is self-contained (embedded CSS, shared nav markup).

Prompt tips:

• Name the pages you want (Home, About, Tokenomics, Memes…).
• Describe vibe hard (brutalist, terminal, candy, meme chaos).
• Mention CT culture if you want trench copy, not SaaS fluff.
• Keep it under ~800 characters — sharper prompts bake better.

Bakes usually take ~8–25 seconds. Don’t close the tab while the oven overlay is running.

After a bake, Studio shows page tabs and a live iframe preview. Click a tab to switch pages.

Edit texts: every visible headline/paragraph/button on the active page appears as an editable field. Change copy by hand and hit Save texts.

AI rewrite: describe how the page should sound and rewrite the whole page while keeping structure.

Navigation: rename labels inline. Paths stay tied to each page. Use Add page with a short prompt to bake an extra page into the same project.

Projects are saved in your browser (localStorage) and mirrored to the server session. A durable database lands when BAKED is fully on Vercel production storage.

Every project gets a public subdomain on getbaked.fun:

• https://[slug].getbaked.fun — home page
• https://[slug].getbaked.fun/[page] — subpages
• Old /p/[slug] paths on www/apex redirect permanently (308) to the subdomain.

Live sites are standalone — no BAKED top navigation. Only a small footer credit (“baked with BAKED on getbaked.fun”) is added.

After you launch a token, every page automatically includes the contract address (copy button) and an embedded DexScreener chart for that mint.

The launch panel creates a token on Pump.fun’s on-chain program from your connected wallet. You stay the signer; BAKED builds the transaction (create, or create + buy).

Fields:

• Name / ticker — required
• Profile image — upload (max ~1.5MB) or paste a URL
• Description — shown in token metadata
• X / Telegram — optional social links in metadata
• Pair asset — optional. Default SOL, or pair against USDC / xStocks (TSLAX, NVDAX, APPLX, …). Non-SOL curves use Pump create_v2 + buy_v2.
• Dev buy — 0 = create only; >0 = atomic first buy in the pair asset (SOL or the chosen xStock — you need that balance + fees)

Metadata is served from BAKED (/api/token-meta/…). For Pump.fun to load your image reliably, the site should be on a public URL (Vercel), not only localhost.

After success you’ll get mint + Solscan / pump.fun links. Launches are mainnet by default — real SOL, real risk.

Why does AI bake say offline?
The server needs a valid OPENAI_API_KEY. Without it, the oven can’t generate multi-page HTML.

Launch failed / transaction error?
Common causes: insufficient SOL / quote asset, rejected signature, congested RPC. Production uses Helius via HELIUS_API_KEY and /api/rpc (set the key in Vercel env). Optionally override with NEXT_PUBLIC_SOLANA_RPC.

Where are my projects stored?
In your browser localStorage + temporary server memory. Clear site data and local projects disappear until a database is wired.

Is this financial advice?
No. Tokens are extremely volatile. Only use funds you can lose. BAKED is tooling + culture, not investment advice.
